ITS services describe the functions that technology projects perform. Services are packaged to illustrate the data flows between different technology components. ARC-IT defines these service packages. Note that service packages do not always have a one-to-one relationship with projects. In many cases, a project will be defined by multiple service packages. For example, an ICM project might include services packages from the traffic management, transit management, and safety categories. A complete list of service packages can be found on the ARC-IT website or here in a print-friendly PDF.

Each of the SERVICE AREAS below can be expanded to show which of the associated service packages from ARC-IT are found in the CONNECT-IT architecture.  The complete RAD-IT compatible database file of the architecture can also be downloaded.
